Open Profile from your dashboard and fill the required personal, family, education, lifestyle, and location details. Your completion meter updates as details are saved.
You need an active profile and approved KYC before sending interests. Free members may also have profile view and weekly interest limits.
Premium members can view unlimited profile details and send unlimited interests after profile and KYC approval. Payment is verified before premium is activated.
KYC is reviewed by the admin team. If your document is rejected, upload clear and valid documents again from the KYC page.
Refund requests are reviewed for duplicate payments, failed activation, incorrect charges, or technical billing issues. See the Refund Policy for details.
