Refund Policy
Payments made for premium services, subscriptions, paid visibility, profile promotion, contact access, or other paid features are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated, delivered, or used.
Refund requests may be reviewed when there is a duplicate payment, failed activation, incorrect charge, technical billing error, or a service issue that cannot reasonably be resolved by support.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, payment gateway, and processor timelines may apply, and any gateway deductions or taxes may be handled according to the applicable payment provider rules.
Refunds are not guaranteed for change of mind, lack of match outcome, profile rejection due to inaccurate information, misuse of the platform, policy violations, or account suspension. Matrimonial outcomes are not assured by any paid service.
To request review of a billing issue, members should contact support with payment details, account information, and a clear explanation of the issue.
